Terms & conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply when you buy from https://renew-aesthetics.co.uk or book a consultation with us. Please read them before ordering.
About us
ReNEW Aesthetics trades from Sunlight Dental Practice, 215 New Chester Road, Port Sunlight, CH62 4RD. You can reach us on 0151 645 5473 or at info@sunlightdental.co.uk.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we can't fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock or priced in error — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We don't receive or store your card details.
Cancellation and returns
Your right to cancel, return items and obtain refunds is set out in our delivery & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product information and suitability
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the ingredient lists on this site are the ones supplied by our manufacturer. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from photographs.
Our products contain active ingredients and are not suitable for everyone. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for it. Patch test before first use, follow the directions supplied, and consult your healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
Consultations and treatments
Consultations are provided by a registered clinician and are subject to an assessment of your suitability. We may decline to treat where it would not be clinically appropriate. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Our liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded under English law — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Website content
All text, images and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
